The Cabernet brings cherries, blackcurrant and mint to the party, with the Shiraz offering pepper, spice and red fruit. The long, rewarding finish is complemented by fine tannins.
A big, savoury Shiraz with lots of plum, cinnamon and oak on the nose. The intense plums and spices are supported in a well-structured web of fine tannins providing a pleasant velvety mouth-feel.
This Cabernet blend mixes notes of menthol and spice with gentle complexities of cedar and fennel seed. The palate is generous and velvety with a really interesting, lengthy finish. Plenty of fruit in this wine, almost jammy plum, blackberry and a touch of cocoa.
A great food wine to enjoy now to 2022.
Deep crimson and magenta in colour. Intense aromas of blackberry, cassis and complex vanilla and spice. The palate is well rounded, yet spicy with firm tannins adding a welcome structure and long finish.
The vibrant nose of blackcurrant and raspberries is complemented with a whiff of pepper and spice. The palate is rich with summer fruits and subtle mint accompanied by gentle yet persisting spicy oak.
This is a supple, creamy-textured Shiraz to enjoy through 2020. Red-fruit notes of strawberry and raspberry marry easily with dark hints of plum and mocha, then linger gently on the finish.
